The People of KSC

The people of Kennedy Space Center (KSC) were the heart of launch processing.  We want to identify all the people that participated. Below are links to team pictures with people who still need to be identified.

We have numbered the people in each photo. Under each photo is a list of the names of the people who have already been identified. If you recognize someone that we have not identified, or if we have misidentified someone, please let us know! For each photo, there is a button to send an email or a space to make a comment so that you can let us know who these people are.

The photo pages are arranged by mission or team.

  1. In “Rocket Ranch”, we did talk about Bendix’s important role in operations of the altitude chamber. Unfortunately, we don’t have any pictures of Bendix’s team. If you have one, we would love to share it. Thank you for your comment and for your contribution to the Apollo effort!

  2. I think Bendix Launch Support has been omitted in the list of contractors. My first job at KSC was an Astronaut Rescue Specialist in the MSOB Altitude Chambers. Also during Apollo years, they operated most of the GSE used.
